FROM OUR YACHT ROSTER AND BOOK THAT EVENT ESPECIALLY FOR YOU.

PAYMENT TERMS:  A minimum of 1/2 of the charter total cost will be required to hold and save the yacht for a specific date and charter event.  There will be no refunds or charge backs on deposit if cancellation occurs 5 days before yacht charter as the yacht was saved for that specific date. Yacht Charter Co will hold the yacht from the public in order to hold the yacht for the yacht charter date, therefore we offer no refunds or chargebacks on the yacht charter deposit if a cancellation is less then 5 days from the agreed yacht charter date. 

CANCELLATION TERMS: Any change in dates, destination or yacht type or yacht charter event changes are considered to be a cancellation because we held the vessel from other charters for you specific charter. A 30% penalty or reschedule fee based on deposit will be charged for any change. If any scheduled payment by Charterer has not been received by the payment due date, Yacht Charter Co. reserves the right to cancel a charter retaining all deposits and fees paid to date. All changes to bookings (date or type of boat) after confirmation will be subject to a $50 administration fee. If a client does not show on the yacht charter booking date, all deposits and collected fees will be retained for holding the charter from any other yacht bookings.

Any changes to an existing charter should be conducted 5 days ahead of scheduled chartered event date, otherwise, the current agreed to charter event will remain with the same terms. Any cancellation should be done 5 days ahead of event date otherwise all deposits, balances and fees will be retained.

THERE IS NO REFUNDS OR CHARGE BACKS AFTER THE YACHT CHARTER HAS ACTIVATED TO PORT. THERE IS AN EXPENSE OF CREW MEMBERS, CAPTAIN, FUEL, FOOD, CATERING, DOCK FEES EQUIPMENT, AND ASSOCIATE FEES PRIOR TO YACHT CHARTER ON A SPECIFIC YACHT  AND CHARTER, THEREFORE THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS IF CANCELLATION NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN WITH ADEQUATE NOTICE TIME FRAME { 5 DAYS } BEFORE CHARTERED EVENT. ALL DEPOSITS AND BALANCES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CHARGE BACKS ALLOWED AS THERE IS EXPENSES INCURRED IN DELIVERING, PREPARING AND SAVING THE YACHT TO PORT ON A SPECIFIC YACHT CHARTER EVENT.

NO REFUND POLICY AFTER YACHT HAS BEEN CHARTERED AND EXECUTED.NO REFUNDS AFTER YACHT HAS BEEN CHARTERED. THE CLIENT HAS AT LEAST 5 -30 MINUTES TO INSPECT AND OR WITHDRAW FROM CHARTERING THE YACHT AT DOCK IF THE YACHT AND CREW ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO THE CLIENT.  IF THE CLIENT BOARDS THE SHIP AND DOES NOT OBJECT TO THE SEA VESSEL AND TO ITS CREW, PRIOR TO DEPARTING, THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REFUNDS ISSUED AFTER THE CHARTER HAS BEEN STARTED AND EXECUTED. IF WEATHER CONDITIONS BECOME UNACCEPTABLE AFTER YACHT HAS BEEN CHARTERED AND DEPARTED, THERE IS NO REFUNDS AS THE CLIENT HAS HAD THE CHANCE TO OBJECT TO ALL CONDITIONS PRIOR TO DEPARTING. WEATHER CONDITIONS VARY DRASTICALLY FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION. EVERY CLIENT HAS BEEN GIVEN A FULL DESCRIPTION AND LINKS VIA OUR WEBSITE  PRIOR TO DEPOSITS AND FULL PAYMENT  OF THE YACHT CHARTER WITH PHOTOS, VIDEO AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE YACHT BEING CHARTERED SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION AS TO WHAT CONDITION, QUALITY AND TYPE OF YACHT THEY ARE CHARTERING. THE CLIENT HAS THE FULL RIGHT TO CANCEL OR OBJECT TO THE YACHT PRIOR TO DEPARTING. IF THERE IS NO OBJECTION TO THE YACHT. THERE CANNOT BE A FULL REFUND GIVEN.

FOOD CATERING | ENTERTAINMENT CANCELLATIONS

We request  5 day notice for all cancellations. Any cancellations given less then 5 days before the charter event will invoke a no refund policy on deposit and any payment given.  We will make reasonable substitutions when an item is not available. Notice may not be given for any food or entertainment substitutions.  If you have special needs, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
